A young country bumpkin (Arch Hall Jr) comes with his guitar in hand to Hollywood to become a star. He does, but at a heavy price. All the sleaze, the backstabbing, and the phoniness of the record industry are on display here. This is director Ray Dennis Steckler's first film, and Arch Hall Jr's first starring role.
