Signal 30 and its sequels Mechanized Death and Wheels of Tragedy are road safety films produced by the Highway Safety Foundation in Ohio. Featuring graphic footage of crashed cars and the horrific injuries of its dismembered occupants. Aimed to shock student drivers, many of whom are said to have fainted watching it, these shockumentaries have featured in Mad Men and The Simpsons.
