Frank Yeager is a maniac with a non-stop cackle. His psychiatrist tries to talk him into committing himself. Yeager’s response is to attack the shrink's secretary by ripping her blouse off. In the evening he’s “King Stud” in a strange coffee house, where he meets ballet student Toni, who likes it when he plays rough.
