Johnny and his girl Angel rule over The Rebels, a Brooklyn gang, until new girl Terry, a sort of delinquent Lady Macbeth, turns up at the gang's clubhouse. There’s a catfight where Terry is the victor and Angel's kicked out. Terry soon takes over the operation and the Rebels attack The Aliens, a rival group.
