Narcotics agent Tom Wilde is shot and killed, but given a second chance to live, thanks to a futuristic experiment. He comes back as an android robot and is sent on a mission to rescue a beautiful female agent, kidnapped by the evil drug lord Mr Young and his horrible creation the Vampire Beast.
