A professor searches for the legendary tomb of the Glass Sphinx, said to possess a mysterious life-sustaining elixir. His niece Jenny (Anita Ekberg) arrives in Cairo to deliver some equipment and documents, but gets robbed. There is a murder and a plot by some bad guys to lay their hands on the elixir.
